Washing Instructions
- First remove the pillow. Pillow is not machine washable.
- Next, pull the towel out from the bottom of the bag. Remove excess sand from all pockets.
- It's now ready for, ideally, a hand wash and wipe. If a machine wash is to be performed, turn the bag inside out to create a built-in wash bag, folding the towel inside. Use only a gentle cycle cold machine wash. Top loading washing machines are not recommended.
- Black pillow case can be wiped down with a damp cloth if needed. Remove pillow from case to dry as required.
- Avoid using bleach, harsh chemicals and tumble drying. Instead, air dry the bag to preserve its colour and fabric quality.
- Spot clean lightly with white vinegar.
Drying
After every use, hang your Microfibre Suede bag with the towel exposed to ensure thorough drying.
Our dry-fast material is designed for quick drying, so this method will help maintain the bag's optimal performance.
Pocket Care
When storing your towel in the pocket, roll it tightly to maximise space.
Ensure all zipper areas are clear of obstructions and avoid overfilling the pockets. The towel does roll up tight and fits comfortably in the pocket, so if its not going in, try again. Do not force the zipper.

What is your return policy?
You can return your items within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How do I return an item?
To return an item, contact us at hello@billowbeach.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions. Please do not send the item back until you have received this authorisation.
Who pays for return shipping?
If Your Item Arrives Defective or Incorrect: We cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
For Other Returns: You’ll need to pay for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your return.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange my beach bag for a different colour?
Yes, you can exchange your beach bag for a different colour. Contact us at hello@billowbeach.com to arrange the exchange. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
What should I do if my beach bag arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
If your beach bag arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale items, including use of a discount code are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by law.

What are your shipping options and costs?
Australia Wide Standard Shipping: Free, with an estimated delivery time of 2-8 business days.
Australia Wide Express Shipping: $25 AUD, with an estimated delivery time of 1-4 business days.
International Standard Shipping: Costs range from $15 - $45 AUD, with an estimated delivery time of 6-27 business days.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can you ship to my location?
We ship to addresses within Australia and many international locations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you at the earliest convenience.

What should I do if my shipment is lost or damaged?

Is there space for other essentials in the bag when the towel is packed?
Absolutely! The bag includes an attached XL towel made of lightweight, microfibre suede. It’s super soft, rolls up compactly, and hardly takes up any space—leaving plenty of room for your other essentials.
Will it be awkward to dry off with the bag attached?
